"Dear Anthony, The discs within that boxed set were not individually sealed. They never, however, were distributed by us with holes punched in their UPC codes. Often a vendor will "punch out" or "mark out" the UPC label on a product when they are heavily discounting it, so as to prevent people from returning it for the full retail price. Some reasons for vendors punching out UPC codes could be that the product being sold is used, or that the vendor has overstock of it.
