Here is an additional list of OOP titles as promised earlier this week :)  I organized them again into studio categories as I feel that is the best way to put all of them into. These are as listed from MMM and are subject to change status and available. 

Allumination

This series has a small, but ardent cult following who enjoy the premise immensely. The first of the series has been out of print for about a year now, but the remaining two are still available and could easily follow its footsteps. Allumination is a Canadian company.

MGM/UA

With the recent reports of MGM having financial difficulties and declining DVD sales, it might not be too surprising to see many of these titles go out of print. We might also see more and more close out deals at various locations as MGM clears out their own warehouses. So its wisest to consider these titles before the impulse buy. But they are nonetheless, excellent titles in their own right.

Warner Bros.

This version of Watchmen is the Director's Cut which includes the Digital Copy. It seems Warner only allowed a limited time for the DC, so perhaps this version might pique some interest.
